Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website coppercleanpro.com ("the Site"), submitting an inquiry, requesting samples, or placing an order with CopperCleanPro ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are accessing the Site or engaging our services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to that entity.

B2B Scope & Eligibility
CopperCleanPro operates exclusively as a B2B supplier. Our products and services are intended solely for businesses, industrial manufacturers, distributors, and commercial entities. We do not sell to individual consumers or engage in retail transactions.
To be eligible to engage our services, you must represent one of the following types of entities:
- Copper processing companies, brass parts processing factories, or red copper parts manufacturers
- Electronic component manufacturers, hardware manufacturers, or automotive parts manufacturers
- Surface treatment service providers or industrial cleaning solution service companies
- Industrial cleaning agent distributors, chemical importers, or overseas trading companies
- Metal cleaning agent manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers
We reserve the right to decline inquiries, sample requests, or orders from parties that do not meet our B2B eligibility criteria or whose intended use does not align with industrial bulk application purposes.
Product Use & Disclaimers
Our products -- including HMT-208 (Room-Temperature Neutral Bright Cleaning Agent), HMT-220 (Copper Bright Cleaning Agent), and HMT-710 (Copper Chemical Polishing Cleaning Agent) -- are industrial chemical formulations designed for professional use in controlled factory environments.
HMT-208
Neutral / Room Temperature
Intended for surface cleaning, degreasing, and brightening of copper and copper alloy materials. Concentration: 5-10%. Temperature: 25-40°C.
HMT-220
Alkaline / Heated
Intended for degreasing, oxide scale removal, and brightening of red copper and brass. Concentration: 5-10%. Temperature: 40-70°C.
HMT-710
Chemical Polishing
Intended for oxide removal and chemical polishing pretreatment. Used in original solution. Temperature: RT-35°C. Time: 30s-2 min.
Important Product Disclaimers
Intended Use: All products must be used strictly in accordance with the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) provided. Use outside of specified parameters, materials, or conditions may result in unsatisfactory results or safety hazards.
Material Compatibility: Our products are formulated for copper, brass, red copper, and common copper alloys. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific materials, alloy compositions, and downstream processes prior to bulk application.
Process Responsibility: Product recommendations and process suggestions provided by CopperCleanPro are based on general industrial knowledge and information supplied by the customer. Final process validation and production responsibility remain with the customer.
Safety Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable local health, safety, and environmental regulations governing the handling, storage, use, and disposal of industrial chemical products.
Orders & Supply Terms
All orders placed with CopperCleanPro are subject to the following conditions:
Bulk Supply Only
We supply products in bulk industrial quantities suitable for factory cleaning lines, spray cleaning systems, and immersion cleaning operations. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are communicated on a per-product and per-customer basis.
Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from CopperCleanPro (via email or other agreed communication channels) and, where applicable, receipt of agreed payment or deposit terms.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted on a per-inquiry basis and are subject to change without prior notice until a written quotation is issued. Payment terms, currency, and methods are agreed upon individually with each customer.
Shipping & Export
We export to multiple regions including Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, Japan and South Korea, Europe, and North America. All shipments comply with applicable international trade regulations and chemical export requirements. Customers are responsible for import duties, local compliance, and customs clearance in their jurisdiction.
Product Quality
Products are supplied in accordance with the specifications stated in the applicable TDS. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods, accompanied by supporting documentation and, where applicable, samples for analysis.
Sample Testing Policy
CopperCleanPro supports a structured sample testing process to help prospective B2B customers evaluate product suitability prior to bulk purchasing. The following conditions apply:
Customer Information Required
To initiate a sample request, customers should provide: material type and alloy composition, description of surface problems, current cleaning method and process, and workpiece photos where available.
Our Recommendation
Based on the information provided, we will recommend the most suitable product(s) and supply basic usage parameters for preliminary testing. Recommendations are advisory and not a guarantee of results.
Testing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for conducting sample tests in a safe, controlled environment and in compliance with all applicable safety regulations. CopperCleanPro is not liable for outcomes resulting from improper testing procedures.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Sample testing results may vary based on actual operating conditions, equipment, water quality, and other process variables. Sample test results do not constitute a warranty of equivalent bulk production performance.

No Warranty of Results

Actual results may vary depending on process parameters, equipment, water quality, base material condition, and operator technique.
Limitation of Liability Cap
In no event shall our total cumulative liability to any customer exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific product batch giving rise to the claim, as documented in the relevant purchase order and invoice.
Misuse & Non-Compliance
CopperCleanPro assumes no liability for damages, losses, or incidents arising from: misuse of products outside specified parameters; failure to follow TDS or SDS instructions; use on materials other than those specified; or non-compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
